What is PacketFence?
PacketFence is a free, open-source network access control (NAC) system. It decides which users and devices may join a wired or wireless network, and what each of them can reach once connected.
The project has been developed in the open since 2004 and is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2. It is maintained today by Akamai Technologies. Because the software is free, your budget goes into getting it designed and running properly, which is the part we do.
